$Petroleo Brasileiro SA Petrobras (PBR.US)$ It's struggling still after dividends announcement, probably because of the other alternatives with much more stable higher annual yield & volatility for gain. It needs to show to investors about Brazilian government's commitments to the shareholders instead of its own pocket. The National Steel's drama & forced reduction of shareholders payout by govt is ridiculous.
