if you're shorting stocks, remember as the price moves against you your position size increases, this increases your risk. You should start to buy back shares to maintain position size to mitigate this risk even if you need to realize a loss. when the position moves in your favor you should add to your position to maintain a position size in line with your return goals. I use a trailing stop to buy back shares as you can see in my graph and I sell on discretion.
was able to sell my put before it rebounded but now I'm down a little on the naked short. The thesis remains the same looking to cover at $2.5.
