Nomura: Predicts J&T EXPRESS-W "Buy" rating with a Target Price of 7.3 Hong Kong dollars.
Nomura released a research report stating that J&T EXPRESS-W (01519) saw a 27% year-on-year increase in package volume in China in the fourth quarter to 5.915 billion pieces, with an overall year-on-year growth of 29% in China's package volume for 2024, exceeding the group's full-year growth guidance of 20-25%. The Target Price is set at 7.3 HKD, with a rating of "Buy". The bank indicated that J&T EXPRESS experienced strong package volume growth in China and Southeast Asia for the fourth quarter of 2024, while new markets showed weaker package volumes. The group's overall package volume in the fourth quarter increased by 33% year-on-year to 7.392 billion pieces. The overall package volume for 2024 is expected to grow by 31%. J&T EXPRESS will report fourth quarter package volumes.
