What do you think high-end analysts at Financial Institutions are? The information they have and the level of understanding are beyond the grasp of ordinary people. It's understandable if one or two analyses differ significantly, but if the vast majority of analysts are all off by a large margin, then there is a problem. Either the big institutions like BlackRock are predicting a major conflict and seeking refuge here, or they are artificially inflating and then selling.
