$LumiraDx (LMDXF.US)$ Chill out. I wasn't expecting it to happen today still 1 more payment on the 4th or 5th. $Poseida Therapeutics (PSTX.US)$ was a buyout not merger. 250m in assets & 200m in liabilities with 60m in revenue we are worth 4x that at least so 6B offer? Pretty close to home I'd say.

$LumiraDx (LMDXF.US)$ Furthermore, $Poseida Therapeutics (PSTX.US)$ a company with 250m in assets & 200m in liabilities was evaluated by $ROCHE HOLDING AG (RHHBY.US)$ at 1.5B I'd rather get cash on hand so I can sit there and say yeah I was invested into Lumiradx but they settled out cash instead of shares. Regardless we have more in assets roughly 1.2B according to the book value & will be a growth driver for Roche. no later than the 5th imo we should hear significant news. Congrats to you guys in...
