72269062 : Qualcomm is one of the few that won vs Apple! It's unlikely Qualcomm will lose to Arms. I mean that's why Arms tried to do the 60 day deadline right before legal hearing, because Arms knows it will lose so try to force a losing win.
105251507 OP 72269062 : bro, the agreement say it cannot use any arm pattern without permission..so qualcomm break the agreement by aquire company that have arm pattern ..
72269062 105251507 OP : It's not Arms. Its Nuvia's, which Arms owned and Qualcomm bought. Did Arms expect Qualcomm to just buy Nuvia, and still pay licensing fees?! ridiculous
72269062 105251507 OP : Arms is bad company. wants Qualcomm to destroy the innovation... qualcomm did work to advance the initial design. If Arms could have made it work it would have kept it than sold it.
The story also doesn't make sense for Arms. If the license indeed says cannot transfer ownership or sell without Arms approval, so why did it get sold anyway lol, and waited for Qualcomm to invest to develop it, then say oh I want a piece of the more developed tech revenue... greedy arms.
105251507 OP 72269062 : its the company nuvia that get sold ..not the pattern that nuvia used..that the problem..
