Gelonghui, on December 31, announced that Qifu Technology-S (03660.HK) has released a notice stating that on March 12, 2024, the Board of Directors approved a share repurchase plan ("2024 Share Repurchase Plan"), under which the company is authorized to repurchase American depositary shares or Class A common shares worth up to 0.35 billion USD within 12 months starting from April 1, 2024. As of December 30, 2024, the company has nearly exhausted the total authorized value of the 2024 Share Repurchase Plan. Specifically, the company has purchased a total of 15.1106 million American depositary shares on the open market.
