Bearish rising wedges on both SPY and QQQ targeting a roughly 13 point move down from where it breaks. Many Mag 7 stocks are either nearing Res or have almost already completed their pattern targets at the same time the ADD has indicated that the overall market is weak. Many stocks are also severely OB on the 4-hour time frame. DXY will likely play a large roll in this if it bounces...

The Wall Street started the new trading week with another green day as both S&P500 and Nasdaq both climbed higher.
Chips stocks were the biggest winners after Foxconn reported record Q4 revenue. TSMC hit a new record high.
Foxconn's stellar sales performance was driven by growth in cloud and networking products, which includes AI servers like those designed by chipmaker Nvidia.
Optimism is back in the market.
