What are everyone's thoughts on the NAV decay since it's gone weekly? Before it was a bit easier to see QQQY went step for step largely with $Invesco QQQ Trust (QQQ.US)$ . Not a shock. NAV didn't scare me and still doesn't scare me. Does the NAV erosion seem to be elevated since it went weekly? If I look at the backwards adjusted somewhat in step but if it isn't, it looks like it's an inverse growth compared to...

For those that have no idea what this means. The price will 3x and you will have 1 share for 3 you own
So if I have 300 shares, after this is done I'll have 100 shares.
This should also mean the dividend 3x as well (but isn't always the case like when $YieldMax TSLA Option Income Strategy ETF (TSLY.US)$ did this before its dividend was still reduced by 50% from IPO). So only time will tell what this means for everyone's dividend...

Deneven Rex : When would they drop dividends, every Sundays or a week after you bought them. Sorry for the dumb question not to say with dividends stocks
Ultratech OP Deneven Rex : need to be holding before ex date. warning these high yield etfs usually drop there for amount of dividend. so strategy may be finding one where nav (net asset value) recovers quickly or reinvest manually in red. dividends are taxable so an ira maybe better account unless looking for immediate income.
Deneven Rex Ultratech OP : I live on Puerto Rico IRA, which is taxable as capital gain here. Dividends are king. Also, dividends are taxed for 4% here, only state tax, Federal (Irs) don't tax it as long as you are a Puerto Rico Resident
