$LumiraDx (LMDXF.US)$fiercebiotech.c... So, let me get this straight.... $ROCHE HOLDING AG (RHHBY.US)$a 350B company has 10B to allocate/year for acquisitions. Only had 3 acquisitions last year us $Poseida Therapeutics(Delisted) (PSTX.US)$ & Carmot and have the AUDACITY to keep us in the dark for so long after inserting directors and pulling all the shennanigans they can. Most of the shareholders here would accept 10 a share. I won't accept less than 25.00 for this now.

@BadPaint did you see how long it took Roche to acquire Genentech? like 15 years for 46B. I surely hope we're not the diagnostic version of Genentech
$LumiraDx (LMDXF.US)$In most situations companies will focus on 1 acquisition at a time in this case$Poseida Therapeutics(Delisted) (PSTX.US)$for asset allocation the SPA document proves that we got held up through regulatory hurdles Genetech was a 46B deal from what I understand, so tell me again how$ROCHE HOLDING AG (RHHBY.US)$isn't willing to throw money at stuff. pstx is set to finish on or by Wednesday, are we next? 🧐🧐🧐

whatever is there on Q4 is not LumiraDx Limited(Cayman) ...so doesn't matter what Roche saying...they bought LumiraDx ltd UK to make some money not to trade on Nasdaq...so end of story and our hope

why would they tell us before the final report of '24? if it was to avoid taxes, get regulatory nonsense out of the way, take control of the company etc etc.... this is on a timeline

Thanks for the GSAT play Ryan! This looks gnarly with a lot of potential with the partnership of Apple funding a constelltion of satellite expansion.

my only concern is even after the uplist reverse split the share count will still be 100m or so. Wonder if it will pump pre-split
$LumiraDx (LMDXF.US)$If AI is saying that we are now part of Roche$ROCHE HOLDING AG (RHHBY.US)$then what's holding them back from treating us like we are part of them? RonZ avoiding capital gains taxes? Creditor payments? This is on a specific timeframe? Regulatory nonsense? Price still being negotiated between Roche & Lumiradx Insiders....I feel like if only 1.5B was being negotiated here we'd already have a payout. 1 year from liquidation process starting would be February 1st, the deal was s...

we will either transfer or be paid out. There was no investing for retail into the UK Subsidiary. Still undisclosed, save that shill talk you let those s get in your head.
$LumiraDx (LMDXF.US)$There is a reason I believe this will be worth equal to$ROCHE HOLDING AG (RHHBY.US)$or net us a 1:1 share conversion at the very least. The company was never insolvent. All the BS they're putting us through is to cover creditors first. Our pay day will eventually come. This month, January, or February doesn't matter. 🍻🍻🍻
$LumiraDx (LMDXF.US)$If Roche$ROCHE HOLDING AG (RHHBY.US)$were to announce a 1:1 conversion rate into RHHBY for us prematurely it could cause a negative sentiment to rhhby knowing that information. FTI CONSULTING$FTI Consulting (FCN.US)$could be in the thought process of well if we scare Lumiradx shareholders out of their shares maybe Roche will pay us more. I know one thing for sure though these shady deals will NOT exist in Trump/Kash world.
$LumiraDx (LMDXF.US)$currently under negotiations according to both SOFI & SHWABB. We have 1.2B in assets$Poseida Therapeutics(Delisted) (PSTX.US)$had 250m in assets & 200m in liabilities got a banger of a deal at 1.5B evaluation from$ROCHE HOLDING AG (RHHBY.US)$so even without overhang we are worth a 1:1 rhhby conversion based on how much of the company Roche got in the deal. That's not including if RonZ has plans for us with ElectraDX or if DNEDX has plans. 👀👀👀 could realistically be looking at 50.00...
