Lead Plantiff appointed to represent investors in RIVIAN class action lawsuit which has costed the stock (-22%) in one day during its worst day ever in February. Could we see the same thing today on Friday the 13th? This would out RIVN right at that sweet $12 dollar mark its been hoverring around now since its sharp decline and missed earnings report, supply shortages, reduced production and sales demand.

This guy barely has stake in the company and is clearly still continuilly selling shares at lower prices as the company is losing more money while using the media to pump stock in the short term to recover losses for himself and his compatriots. For such an old company like RIVIAN and with as many enployees as it does, thier efficiency and productivity should be ten-fold what it current is, but sadly it is trending to be worth pennies on the dollar.
