Lead Plantiff appointed to represent investors in RIVIAN class action lawsuit which has costed the stock (-22%) in one day during its worst day ever in February. Could we see the same thing today on Friday the 13th? This would out RIVN right at that sweet $12 dollar mark its been hoverring around now since its sharp decline and missed earnings report, supply shortages, reduced production and sales demand.

David Smith85 OP : I think my guidance is sound for this week. You don't want to be chasing when some type of fomo kicks in. Buying between 1.75-2.25 is a solid if you are holding shares. I'm scalping anything above 2.80 for now.
