Rocket could not hold that weekly 14.47 level which leads me to think we may be heading to a 14.28 retest then 13.95/14.07 and maybe 13.77 /13.86. If rocket is able to hold 14.28, we could see this retest 14.47 and maybe test 14.69 / 14.78.
