RoNo : Unfortunately all but 5 airplanes are encumbered. Bond holders will get the IP (loyalty program, etc). Christie has pretty much gutted the company. They are going to need to show some serious progress towards profitability, something which is contrary to prior forward guidance when new CFO said “worst is yet to come”.
And yes, I’m a bag holder….

不要骗我没文化 : If the remaining 0.8 billion is true, it will only be enough for the company to lose for another year and a half. Therefore, it is necessary to communicate with the debtors, either through debt-for-equity swaps or by extending to better terms. Then, strive to turn losses into profits, and only then will others be willing to take over, a process that will take at least another year. However, if these three aspects can be resolved, the stock price may return to above 10, that's my understanding.

QMengColdJoke 不要骗我没文化 : Checked the ticket prices, spirit has now stopped the cutthroat cheap customer acquisition, basically the same price as other budget airlines. It seems the major shareholder still wants to self-rescue and doesn't want to maliciously wipe out shareholders for profit. With the boeing strike and the fall in oil prices, aviation ticket prices could rise consensually at any time, now just worried about Harris being elected affecting current prices. Basically, as long as Trump is elected, it's fine. MAGA is the way to go. Biden's mind is really not working. At this time, the DoJ is going after Google, Google easily manipulates to push Harris' scandals...
