this is my latest invest plan, *already doing* ;
i invest a base RM10,000 money market, and then wait some time like 1~2weeks for it grow a bit.
use some margin *RM-934.08* buy like 440.58usd dividend etf ;

$Realty Income (O.US)$ also from youtube, but i choose it because dividend pay monthly,
$NEOS S&P 500 HIGH INCOME ETF (SPYI.US)$ this one got highest dividend like 11.70%-3...

When choosing which stock I can go into, I see a lot more potential with high capital gain. eg. $Bright Minds Biosciences (DRUG.US)$ $BioVie (BIVI.US)$ $GameStop (GME.US)$. All these shows what we can gain or lose from high capital gains. Even during the market drop in 6 August 2024 presented us with another opportunity. There are a lot more opportunities everyday.
