72362082 : I have wondered about this myself. I have not been about to figure this out. The only thing I can guess is that because the company failed to file a quarterly report, which freighted stockholders into shedding their shares in an emotional response. I personally feel no news is worse then bad news. I believe the low stock price reflects this. Even in a bankruptcy like Spirit Air, the stock price can increase 3 fold in a week or so.
