• Jing Jade : Ah, I was also affected badly by this trend. Analyzed the financial report, checked the 10k, did some investigation, and the stock price dropped by over 50%. If there is no good news, no rebound next Monday or Tuesday, I will decisively sell.

• Money Thrill : Certainly hold but also inscribe in newsletters by investors relations to understand better the company.
  Everything is very exaggerated ! No fundamental basis just a lot of bad luck by "fast" money makers, short sellers

• Money Thrill VCasts OP : I wait until Monday premarket  ... if price stay at 419- 420 perhaps i buy some more for DCA (dollarcost average) then 499. But buyed in February at 450 and sold 50% at 1130. But buyed again a little at 680?  if i know it before.... better sold everything. So you never knows but i look at other shares who went down from Hindenburg... they are volatile in the begin ... probably because of same "downgrade news" . But after 3. months there was a recovery .... I suppose the same shall happen with supermicro?

• 101499640 : Could it be that they are really caught in lurch of the impact of the short seller report which lead to the DOJ probe and is in the midst of cleaning up their backyards in anticipation of the probe? afterall, compared to the allegations which they only denied once with general statement (instead of detailed rebuttal on point to point), 10k is less important for they hv 60 days to file it.

• Northsea9 : Serious issues will lead to delisting or even imprisonment! Lighter ones will result in fines! Similar to CRWD, the stock price will plummet until the lawsuit is settled! Splitting stocks to attract funds will not exceed 15%, American investors pay attention to performance, and the stock price has limited appeal. Companies with issues will be avoided!

• Yan Zhang8 Northsea9 : Regulatory authorities have always imposed very low penalties on stocks for false information, as low as $0.1 million to $100, which is a drop in the bucket for short-selling institutions making profits in the billions. Who wouldn't do it.

  The most anticipated event for me is Tesla's "We,Robot" Robotaxi event on 10th October  which could introduce groundbreaking advancements in autonomous driving and have a lasting impact on both Tesla's stocks and the broader market. While I plan to track investors' sentiments, review financials and set price alerts for timely decisions, my focus remains on long-term growth.
  Short-term fluctuations don't concern me, as I see dips as opportunities to accumulate more positions and strengthen my investment in Tesla for the future. In the coming trading month, I also expect to receive dividends from some of my stronger stock holdings.

Its too difficult to get the real company with a serious corporate governance issue, as no one knows what they hide and which level of corruption they are involved. Anyways I tried to assess fair value, and this was already mentioned in my post. Even if it will trade at fair value , I shall not invest in this company.
