What if

$Super Micro Computer (SMCI.US)$ everyone is saying short short short, but what if they do hire an auditor? what if the Nasdaq approves or extends their filing. what then? stock goes to 30-40?
I mean, they havent stop any productions here or overseas. Phase 1 of Malaysia datacenter will come online soon. I get it this could be a lie, but at this point why continue to lie? CFO and CTO havent quit. I dont know but I think I will want some money to work here. Just my thoughts, $NVIDIA (NVDA.US)$ , ...

71849380 : They are delisting, not getting bankrupt and closing down, of course the productions and manufacturing will continue , what are you trying to say? In another word, they are getting delisted because of the dishonesty, not bad performance, get your head straight.

If a company gets delisted, its shares are removed from the exchange, and investors can no longer buy or sell shares on that platform. The company may face financial difficulties, and reduced access to capital.

pootpoot : good post. i personally think that it wouldnt be late to come in when the coast is clear. but not risking any capital for possibility of delisting. risk reward ratio? worth to some, definitely not for me.

Steven J OP pootpoot : I guess my mindset for this one , invest of what I’m willing to lose. Take that gamble and it could turn out to be a winner you know this stock will soar if they hire an auditor.

71849380 : What you are saying is correct, but that doesn’t explain or validate anything. You don’t know what’s actually happening behind the scene and it doesn’t explain why there is no any further explanation or action by now.
You are saying a big if that they have an auditor and already working on extension, but, that doesn’t explain why they are hiding till now without saying anything . Using the good performance doesn’t explain a lot since they are not delisted because they are under financial difficulties ( at least now there is no evidence about it) or you don’t know what’s their needs and priorities of fundings right now or if they got other fundings resource. (Of course after delisting, OTC market will be even difficult for them to get access to capital, but public trading is not the only capital source) In short, your big wish is reasonable guess, but not a reasonable analysis, you based on the information that doesn’t directly support or not support the possibility of delisting.
