73372627 : In October they fill the form 12. Probablly they will have 180 days to fill anything in order to comeback on Nasdaq. If not will be on OTC. Now it is other way also if they will contest the delisting and will be in standby also for 180 days. It is hard to anticipate what will be because this case it is somehow fishy I will explain at the end.
Normally the Delisting decision it is apply in 2 to 3 tradings days.
Now what it is fishy:
Principally it is that Berstein has interests that SMCI crash, they been shorters.
Second: Was find that they has tydes with the auditor which refuse to fill the form 10.
Third: The auditor and accounting company resign just that, but they was from long time with the company and nothing change?? They was in charge of.
Forth: Which I do not have an official public surce, seem been some veryclose relations between Wiseblower, Berstein and Auditor.
So hard to say what steps SEC take. IMHO will be give 180 days time to fullfill obligations and been reintegrated.
Do not forgot that SMCI in on S&P and no steps took yet. In general they announce before delist and replacements
We will see Monday during the day what SEC decided
