Being removed from the Nasdaq 100 is not a big issue. Who gives a shit. Everyone expected it. However, acquiring financing through PIPE remains a major challenge. They cannot do a public offering without a financial update. They will sell their shares far too cheaply, resulting in significant discounts on SP.
