stating that the company is not in compliance with listing rules, which require timely filing of reports with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Earlier in the week, the company
had disclosed that it had submitted a compliance plan to the stock exchange. The company is at the risk of delisting from the Nasdaq exchange after not being able to file an earnings report on time.
