    I prefer $VanEck Fabless Semiconductor ETF (SMHX.US)$ as a long hold. no decay/rebalance. new and a lower expense ratio.  slow is better in a volatile sector... just holds better

    even though this is not a leveraged ETF and I wish it were this shows that when you remove the Fab chip companies the indexes are trading higher it shows you where the weakness is in soxl
