101667813 : Are there any regulatory hurdles?
10baggerbamm OP 101667813 : significant regulatory hurdles right now under the Biden administration.. Mr wonderful if you know who he is from shark tank he wants to get into the data center business and is in it he says the problem is you can't find this power for this constant demand that they're going to require. at any rate the nuclear regulatory commission the head of it is appointed by the president.
so at some point in time Trump will appoint a new head of the NRC and then once he's in office they have a council that is also appointed. so he will appoint the council and everybody in there right now is going to be fired.
then they will change the approval process because right now it's 10 years minimum to build a nuclear power plant. so all of the regulation hurdles all of the different agencies have slowed this down by design under Obama under Biden so they can push their solar wind bullshit green Energy zero carbon emission scam. some of the reports that I read said that with revisions to the approval process it will take the time from 10 years and make it four or five years to build nuclear power plants which puts it in line with what the largest data center companies like meta for example are saying they need by 2030 plants built to provide the power they need. so those are the hurdles right now it's all regulatory it's an administrative nightmare
the streamlining will take place under Trump.
TWIMO (151403908) : Is ticker symbol KULR a wait and see?
10baggerbamm OP TWIMO (151403908) : I sold mine I left a little bit I had 100,000 shares of it and I took the advice of smoothshoe is his name on this forum. so I saw his post and the guys been spot on with his pics and if you look at what he owns he's doing very very well. so bought road it up.. sold. I left a little bit of the profits in the company which is what I tell people they should always do because you don't know what they may turn into in a few years. I know obviously if you bought it 1.60+ you see the news and the stocks trading down significantly from the peak it's panic City. I merely reference the fact that they're selling debt they're going to be buying Bitcoin they're going to mirror what many other companies are just starting to do and I think that's a positive if you believe in Bitcoin because it's going to add potentially a significant amount of value to this company's assets over time. and it began to be candid I did zero due diligence on this company I went in because I followed smoothshoe, and he has nailed it..many times and he did it again with this one
