MrSuperStonk OP loozoo : in the announced section there is a new document and i dont understand what it means

74659701 : NuScale stock warrant expires tomorrow.  Meaning only the warrant holders can buy smr common stock at $11.50 per warrant or sell their warrant back to the NuScale for $0.01 per warrant.  I think the warrant was issued during 2022 merger.
