Capelle32 OP Capelle32 OP : The lawsuit with Disney held things up. October of this year was the 2nd appeal. Fubo won the first one. Disney is settling with Fubo instead of going back to court next Oct.

By all accounts, financials are now solid. the analysis though could be better -  a proper rerating once Q4 is released will lift it to a more realistic number for me of around $22-25. Not long now till the Q4 and EOY numbers are revealed - lets hope they also have some other positive news in the making.
