10baggerbamm OP Ginvest : my position is different than somebody else's because I have profits in the company and I've sold calls on the rallies you know if you just bought it last week at 20 and now you're sitting it 13 it's not very comforting. the next 7 days are going to suck because everything that this administration in office right now is doing is to set Trump up to fail and I'm thoroughly convinced that the treasury yields going up they have their hedge funds that are politically aligned selling in the futures Market in the derivative Market us treasuries pushing the yields higher this is all orchestrated this is not random chance this is by design. it's a perfect example of manipulation and the person that gets screwed is the retail investor every time. that's why these politicians in office right now they're a bunch of fucking liars they don't care about the American people they care about power and staying in control and even when they're going to be out of office by the 20th they still have enormous wealth to manipulate the markets.
so I don't know on a day-to-day basis what's going to happen I would just tell you that right now it's going lower and probably is going to continue going lower or oversold we should have bounced today the fact that we're not has to do with oil prices going up treasury yields going up and this is all Market manipulation. oil prices going up is inflationary well geez what is the Fed worried about inflation right what a coincidence it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see what's going on the problem is retail stocks small cap microcap tech stocks they get hit in the process. so should you sell now here I'm not going to tell you yes because we could rally later today and can be up to dollars and that's the risk of short-term guessing you don't know you're like trying to bet which direction of birds going to take off.
what it matters is what will SoundHound do this year to accelerate the revenue because the reality is the revenues are not that great they're not even 100 million yet they're 80 million that's pretty shitty they should be doubling revenues every year they should be 100 plus percent they're not so the revenues have to increase significantly number one number two they have to speed up their installations in restaurants cuz they take too damn long to do so.
so if they're successful in accelerating revenue and speeding up their installations the stock will have a very good year it will be much higher than it is now it'll be back in probably the mid 20s or upper twenties potentially on the back half of this year.
but if they can accelerate revenues and speed up installation.
in the short term I would have bet the market was going to bounce today Friday we are oversold but it's being clearly manipulated by I didn't impose sanctions on Russia with their oil tankers I posted a link just before this so everything he's doing is trying to burn the house down before he leaves and fuck Trump and fuck the American people or basically say fuck anybody that owns US stocks because that's what he's doing
