10baggerbamm OP 凌波X微步 : no if you want to place a bet that Nvidia is going to have bad news this sector is going to get wrecked so you could buy it and if there's bad news anywheres and nvidia's Outlook or their report this whole basket is going to get hammered hard on Thursday morning open and that's when you would want to close out your position and sell the contract is right on the open.
let me also say if you don't understand options you shouldn't do them you need to spend the time to educate yourself moo moo is a very good resource.
