151404867 : the rally will be until mid dec in my view, I think the broadcom eranings is playing up here, someone knows about Broadcom earnings and hence this rise.

when stocks rise on earnings shortfalls any part of it their revenues miss their earnings miss their guidance falls short.. and yet stocks rally.... that is the sign of a bottom.

10baggerbamm OP 151404867 : within any sector you have lead companies the 800 lb gorilla in their respective industry. and every sector regardless of how bad it is at some point in time becomes oversold and the lead companies begin to trend higher despite not having any positive outlook or any good news. so you can divide the economy up into dozens of different sectors and there's many ETFs that owns specific sectors. and you can look at them relative to how that sector does coming into economic growth at a peak of economic growth going into a potential recession. and you will see history repeats itself over and over again. and that's why everyone's buying small caps now because interest rates are going lower and typically they benefit from lower rates. small caps as a group have not had earnings growth in 4 years it's been declining all that's happening right now is a multiple expansion because of the anticipation of lower rates. chip stocks have been kicked to the curb they have done shit since August 11th they're way down. as a group these companies are the most profitable of virtually any sector they have little to no debt as a company group and are the reason that virtually every other sector benefits from technology because of what they manufacture what they create. so right now you've got people buying these stocks because they're oversold. despite what Trump may or may not do with tariffs despite what the doj with the current administration does for limiting sales to China this baskets trending higher

151404867 : Within an hour its down to 28.50 from 30+, while AVGO, NVDA are +ve . This ETF business is beyond me honestly. NasDAQ is up as well.
