Dividend on SOXS - Help!

I'm thinking of shorting the semiconductors using the ETF symbol SOXS 3x bear ETF. Somehow this ETF has a +6% dividend but that dividend seems extremely variable. Does anybody have experience in trying to calculate future dividends in this type of ETF? buying this seems like a great way to short semis and get paid to wait if I'm too early on the trade . Semiconductor ETFs

$INVESCO PHLX SEMICONDUCTOR ETF (SOXQ.US)$ SOXQ -- I really like the expense ratio on this new one
$iShares Semiconductor ETF (SOXX.US)$ SOXX -- Seems like the OG ETF in this sector, although expense ratio is meh
$Invesco Dynamic Semiconductors Etf (PSI.US)$ PSI -- More evenly weighted and I like that they have KLAC more that the others, but highest expense ratio
$VanEck Semiconductor ETF (SMH.US)$ SMH -- Expense ratio is ok, I like how they have TSM weighted high
