Drosen21 : No news, is not good news.

Paintr1 OP Drosen21 : Suppose to have the merger completed by the 30th of this month. They also have no give a 2 day notice of when the r/s takes place. Not looking good as of now is my opinion.

Rhiox : well , if I'm reading news right. meeting already concluded and all proposals were approved. now we wait to see when they will execute 1 for 30 r/s.

Paintr1 : Second rs for this company in a 13 month period. I wish it wasn’t approved and I’m holding 3000 shares of this garbage.  This company loses 2m a year and 800k is is salary for just 2 people.  They don’t deserve a second chance.
