Hi can someone tell me the best strategy and way to invest in this S&P index? i am not familiar with vertical or custom etc way of investing. What is calendar spread and expiration width? what should a beginner select? Any help will be appreciated for best way to go in with a smaller investing amount. TIA

Although the latest CPI figures came in line with expectations, they remain above the Fed’s 2% target.
The slight uptick in the numbers actually reinforced the fears of persistent & sticky inflation.
This basically complicates the Fed’s strategy as they plan out their monetary policy under a new administration in 2025.
So are we gonna have a rate cut this Dec? If yes, what is the size of it? Also, what’s the plan for 2025? Will inflation creep back up again?
