Good morning, traders. Happy Monday, November 25th. The Thanksgiving holiday week started out with a slow climb to all-time S&P 500 and Dow Jones Industrial Average numbers.
Just past 9:58 am ET the     $S&P 500 Index (.SPX.US)$ traded +0.62% to over 6020, an intraday record. The       $Dow Jones Industrial Average (.DJI.US)$ climbed 1.08% to a record 44,815, and the     $Nasdaq Composite Index (.IXIC.US)$ climbed 0.50%.

Based on the chart alone and in the premarket. Dow hitting 45k, Nasdaq hitting 20k, S&P touching 6k trying to push above.
I fear for retailers as there might be a frenzy of FOMO.

The preliminary November Markit Manufacturing PMI rose to 48.8, its highest since July 2024. Services and composite PMIs also hit their highest levels since early 2022. Protectionism bolstered confidence among U.S. goods producers, increasing factory employment.
