• 10baggerbamm 10baggerbamm : as a follow-up I really don't care if somebody's gay or not I don't care where you stick what and where in your body makes no difference to me.. what that also means is I don't want to hear about it I don't want to learn about it in a classroom I don't want to have children forced to learn about what you think is right and how other people need to be accommodating to your perversions.
  I've hired thousands of people in my life I've interviewed thousands of people in my life. never in an interview have I ever asked somebody how they identify never in an interview did I ask somebody if they were gay never in an interview did I care what brand of suit they wore or if their hair was perfectly groomed and combed and styled or if they wore a Rolex or not. I cared about what was between their ears and whether they had the talent that they claim to have the ability to achieve and aspire to high levels of success requiring a significant amount of time energy and effort. I was concerned if they're trainable, and this is important because many people that reach a certain level of success believe they know more than anybody else and they become a roadblock in your company not a stepping stone.
