This makes absolutely no sense! No other brokage house does it this way (all setup like a check). i don't see Paypal or Etrade asking for my password to my bank for a transfer. Let's say Plaid gets hacked. Who would be responsible for the loss? yeah, never say never. This reminds me of the same situation of giving your crypto key to the hos...

This analyst from Bloomberg made some very good points in alignment with what I have read about the real effects of tariffs, and longer term they are more likely to be deflationary. She also made many points about key data the market appears to be currently ignoring, of which I have been trying to warn.

MonkeyGee OP This_Guy : That's what I'm saying. What is Plaid providing with access to our bank login. Can you imagine what people could do with that info. In addition, by disclosing your info, you lose 100% of bank fraud protection.
This_Guy MonkeyGee OP : I don't think I could provide it to them. I'm too paranoid when it comes to security, doesn't sit well. I would assume it's stored with encryption but there is still the possibility of them being hacked and also employees obtaining the data.
