IF you've been trading for awhile you would of Known CEI USED to be a part of Wall Street until getting DELISTED. CEI dropped below $1.00 While in Wall Street and couldn't get back to 1.00s so it got DELISTED.

Announces Listing on the TSX Venture Exchange. The company was also founded in the same year, so at what point was this company “kicked out of Wall Street”?
