The market was in a downturn despite we get a beautiful job report on Friday (10 Jan), and we saw non-farm payrolls at 256,000 added to the public sector in relation to the 260,000 expected/
This has make investors concerned and wondered why. we need to understand that the report is showing seasonal jobs for seasonal hiring for the most important period of the year (e.g. Christmas)

With 3 major indexes falling more than 1.5% last Friday, the stock market gain that followed Trump's election win is close to being wiped out at the moment.

these are Vix calls expiring on the 22nd.
Makes me wonder if they are banking on the idea that Spy could go even lower or if it is a hedge.

My intuition could be wrong, but we are either going to bounce off the 580 support or break through it and come back to challenge it. I also see support at 567, but the news have to be that bad to reach it.
We will have to see in a couple of days.

NiCoTo : SPY going 577/576 (already trading there overnight) then bounce 590 today. From there I think a lot will be driven by the numbers coming out this week.
