economy typically turns to tech to innovate out of slumps. but tech is being punished. what other tech can we rely? crypto! its been stable since August and we might see growth soon. keep eye on $Bitcoin (BTC.CC)$ and $Ethereum (ETH.CC)$ and lunac. $Terra (LUNA.CC)$ investing in crytpo will eventually turn around tech and our economy. mark cuban was right!
The first one is STAG Industrial, a REIT that owns and operates single-tenant industrial properties throughout the U.S. Its biggest tenant is$Amazon (AMZN.US)$. The company’s portfolio consists of 517 buildings totaling approximately 103 million rentable square feet across 40 states. Note that 434 of the 517 properties are warehouses, which happen to be an essential part of e-commerce. Moreover, a tenant survey in 2020 revealed that around 40% of the REIT’s portfolio hand...
I would do your own research and make sure you develop an investment strategy that suits your needs. For me I have bought into a lot of dividend growth and tech. My tech holdings are:$Microsoft (MSFT.US)$$EPAM Systems (EPAM.US)$$Endava (DAVA.US)$$MercadoLibre (MELI.US)$$Sea (SE.US)$$Alphabet-C (GOOG.US)$ But the catch is I didn’t buy these all recently, like Msft I bought at $190. Dava and epam were more recent, same with meli and se on the recent tech crash. I have decent cashflow tho to deploy money. I can deploy about 4K a month into the market after expenses, not including my dividends from stocks. My dividend stocks are:$Lockheed Martin (LMT.US)$$Northrop Grumman (NOC.US)$$Agree Realty Corp (ADC.US)$$VICI Properties (VICI.US)$$Stag Industrial Inc (STAG.US)$$BRP Inc (DOOO.US)$ Some were bought last year some I averaged into this year. Make sure you do your own due diligence tho bcuz a crash could very well be on the horizon and nothing will be safe if the overall markets plummet. I don’t try to time the market, so I keep some cash on hand and consistently buy. That’s just me tho, some ppl can’t handle looking at heavy losses and have weak hands (used to be me years ago when I first started at 18-19, now 28)

At this point we have to live with it. Most of the population is vaccinated or already had it. If you didn't have it, you'll eventually get it. The new strain is following past pandemics and weakening as it goes through the world population.

I'm not sure yet this variant will be weaker. Obviously hope so because it seemingly may be much more contagious. A drastically more contagious variant with equivalent punch will wreak havoc on the unvaccinated and have spillover implications for people requiring hospitalization for non-Covid issues.

I am concerned with how much more our health care workers can endure. Alternatively a much less virulent, fast spreading virus hemmed in by vaccines that wipes out delta gets us to Nirvana for awhile. A multitude of investment choices await the dialed in.
$Stag Industrial Inc (STAG.US)$STAG, it’s an industrial property REIT that leases Singh tenant warehouses to e-commerce or manufacturing companies. They’re biggest tenant is Amazon. So if you believe that e-commerce will keep growing then the sector will do good due to more logistic facilities being needed to process orders. Moreover, if you believe that the USA wants to become less reliant on international manufacturing and wants to bring it more in house then the sector will benefit from this too as they also rent to manufacturing companies. There are more companies in this realm so the moat isn’t amazing per se but I liked it for its growth potential

Well then it’s another week toget them picked up, another 3 days to get them shippped if they’re lucky and then a srorw has to stock those goods……….Too late for their seasonal target,…. So since the wharehousing buildings around the ports are already packed because of this, it’s forcing companies to seek extra large spaces from companies like Stag……. This is like an annuity for at least the next year and should drive $/sf up over the year and thus the the top and bottom lines. So just another little fun fact
