Dan’l : Tavares could still control considerably more shares he’s not req’d to report (e.g., see my post explaining insider sells at $Archer Aviation (ACHR.US)$
The greater harm he might present is defending himself publicly, and the uncertainty this brings to $Stellantis NV (STLA.US)$ in investors’ minds.
I’m selling, for now, while it’s up. (I’ll likely buy back later, at lower cost ~;-)

Young Irish OP Dan’l : I suppose you are correct about unvested stock options.. and the slander part but it definitely seems like someone liked his removal because the stock has been going up decently since the initial drop on announcement..

Personally? Never liked the guy.
