How to profit, if everybody keep pushing the price down?

If I have money, I will sure pump more money now and wait till the price increases 2 fold before I sell. However, I don't have luck whatever I invest in. It goes down instead of up. Others buy what I lost will have luck and the price keeps on going up instead.
