How to earn, if everybody just want it drop, never wants it up?

Unlike all the Semiconductor Stock, the STM stock is a worst stock which has been Manipulated Trading before Markets opening, which causes it to continue drop everyday.
I ever thought of becoming a small share holder of a company. However, I am wrong. I have no luck at all in what ever I invest in and got stuck down there immediately after I have bought. However, others will have luck on those that I won...

$STMicroelectronics (STM.US)$ The sales drop by 24% in 2024, yet I haven’t heard a single layoff or some operation optimization by this state-owned company. P/S is less than 2 with gross margin about 40%, and it still has about 10% downside risk in terms of P/E. What a shame!
