Wind_Storm : For a company to regain compliance with Nasdaq listing requirements, it's a good thing. It also reduces the OS and FF to lower levels. It happens because institutional short sellers naked short sell the stock which destroys the market cap. The  SEC isn't prosecuting the offenders when it happens. Hence, companies have to do a restructuring to stay alive and to remain listed. It's criminal that this is allowed to happen.

Burnz : I was wondering the same thing… I personally can’t find a filing discussing the stated RS, and the shareholder meeting/vote which you’d assume be where this would be determined wether or not shareholders actually approved the company and board hurting current shareholders for the benefit of funds shorting the stock with a RS by eliminating short interest. I guess we will see what happens, because something sounds illegal and against the board’s fiduciary duty. Especially with the lack of filings and notice to all current shareholders.
