when I was a stockbroker very early on it was prohibited way back in the 1980s what's called front running. what that is is you can't buy that stock for yourself and then call your clients and have them buy it and they get a higher print than you you need to take the worst print at the end of the day and give your clients the lower print. so stock brokers are held accountable well here you have officers of a company that orchestrated fraud and they profiteered they sold their stock and made a ton of money they got on a conference call and intentionally knowingly and willfully lied to retail institutional investors hedge funds money managers and analysts. they need to be put in jail that's what needs to happen.. I mean just say that I'm pissed is an understatement because I had a huge position of puts going into the earnings. in this stock would have cratered if they would have announced a delay filings and a negative outlook during that conference call or before
