Aku : hold for longer term,almost 72% discount from its nta of almost $1,it owns almost all the excellent properties such as the raffles place office building, 5 stars hotels in australia and prime properties in singapore and other regional developments. it is like buying a million dollar property for $0.27m,too cheap to miss. If soilbuilt can go from 0.27 to 1.18 at a nta of 0.04, T.S has better potential.Just my view!
