$Direxion Daily Technology Bull 3X Shares ETF (TECL.US)$ this ETF should be bought today at the current prices it traded down to almost its lowest level of support and reversed. 104 would be the target with regard to the time frame that will be the X Factor as I believe we will have continued volatility through the balance of this year and up to the inauguration on the 20th that being said I suspect by the end of January no later barring some unforeseen variable like what's going on in New Jersey...
