John Wells PhD Math : If long-term interest rates go down with the short term interest rates going down, then bonds go up not down. Lower interest rates makes the bonds that already have a fixed higher rate worth more so bonds and interest rates move in opposite directions.
70195760 : I don't think so. The only way this can go down to below 90 is the inflation coming back and Fed even increase the rate.
