$iShares 20+ Year Treasury Bond ETF (TLares 2 DXY - - As a technician we always have to be open to alternate interpretations. There is a possibility in which, instead of a H&S, this could be forming a falling wedge (in yellow), whose target would be somewhere around 107.50-107.70.

$iShares 20+ Year Treasury Bond ETF (TLT.US)$ Until this confirms below ~105.35 (the main trendline I've shared in multiple videos) I have been hesitant to get back into a TLT LEAPS call. Looks like we're close, and TLT is currently touching the main resistance line in yellow that I shared last night.
There are two ways of interpreting this as a H&S. One, with a horizontal trendline. The second, with a diagonal one. The pattern target would be largely unchanged though.

$iShares 20+ Year Treasury Bond ETF (TLares 2 IF this is a legit H&S on DXY (outlined in purple), it is targeting roughly 103.50. HAS to break that main support line. My guess is that would be very bullish for treasuries and precious metals.

$iShares 20+ Year Treasury Bond ETF (TLT.US)$ I shared in a previous video that the breakout target for the pattern in orange on TLT was roughly 94. We hit it, got a sharp pullback, and now we are hovering below the previous, main support line in yellow. The significance of this trendline cannot be overstated as it goes back to October 2023, and if TLT can break above it that would be a pretty bullish sign.

CWX : Is it possible to drop to 90?
Derpy Trades OP CWX : Based on my chart, if it continues down it will meet a main trendline around 90.50 to 90.60. If that line acts as support we should at least see a decent DCB from there. I am keeping a close eye on DXY, because if it continues up towards at least 108 I suspect it will be strong headwinds for TLT as well as the overall market. Best of luck!
