Money Flowing to small caps yesterday

Yesterday was a big ROTATION day on US equtities market with small-caps hugely outperforming large-caps. Indeed, small-cap Russell 2,000 gained 3%+ while the S&P 500 fell on the day. The only other day that happened was back on 10/10/2008... Investors probaby have these 2 charts in mind: 1) The HUGE underperformance of small caps vs large aps over the recent years; 2) History showing that Small caps outperform AFTER the first rate cut.
The lower than expected...

$Direxion Daily Small Cap Bull 3X ETF(TNA.US)$ these bobbleheads on TV two weeks ago calling for the market to broaden out and buy the Russell. I posted when these people start talking about buying the Russell they've already missed a move and if you listen to them you'd be down because you would have bought this at 41.5 and now we're 36.3. I think one more down day 35.70 35.80 would be an initial entry point. and I would be looking for a trade backup for about 39.5

$Direxion Daily Small Cap Bull 3X ETF(TNA.US)$ I think with a little bit more selling we could hit right around 36.60 and that's what I would use as the entrance 36.60 there's no technical number aside from the lowest that we were at when we had Iran and Israel issues versus the highest that we were just at you split the difference reversion to the mean and I put you right around 36.60 so that's the entry point that I'm going to be using. and depending upon the overall market conditions on that...
