$Tonix Pharmaceuticals (TNXP.US)$ Does anyone know why Tonix need so huge capital of $250mil? If it has already issues $112mil from Jul 2024, should this be reflected in the balance sheet? Has anyone scrutinise their balance sheet?
Unless Tonix is really confident that FDA will approve their drug submission next year and they need to start setting up the global operation centres? Does this make sense?

prospectus amendment

A little factual DD for all. Here is the amendment to the prospectus as filed about 3 hours ago. Note the already 363 MILLION shares of dilution already sold. Do the math and you get an idea of the further dilution ahead. Another $110+ million dollars to go, so approx 200 Million more into the float.
