not sure if I know exactly what I am talking about anyway the EPS for this two companies is nothing to shout about.
if you look at the operating net cash flow though you will see that they are generating a lot of cash that the EPS doesn't quite tell the full story. probably the lower EPS is due to expensive land bank bought in the past so lower accounting profits/EPS. from operating cash flow point of view this two companies appear to be hugely...

Seems like the Thai owner want to create history of owning close to 89% stakes in this company after the share swap but still not considering to privatise and delist this counter

524773 OP KB trader : if I may take a contrarian view here the rnav is about 19dollars so PB is actually under 0.3 which is quite on par with peers
