not sure if I know exactly what I am talking about anyway the EPS for this two companies is nothing to shout about.
if you look at the operating net cash flow though you will see that they are generating a lot of cash that the EPS doesn't quite tell the full story. probably the lower EPS is due to expensive land bank bought in the past so lower accounting profits/EPS. from operating cash flow point of view this two companies appear to be hugely...

jusgod : Yes the company is grossly undervalue but ultimately from the technical point of view, the rise in price must accompany with high Vol of at least 3mil/day for several days to confirm any uptrend🫡

in fact if the operating cash flow is such really I couldn't have anything bad to say if the company wants to go and hoard more landbank and acquisitions. it can well afford to
524773 OP KB trader : if I may take a contrarian view here the rnav is about 19dollars so PB is actually under 0.3 which is quite on par with peers
